what makes a golf to produce high sound when you reduce gears to stop and to show incorrect fuel badge?

not sure...you might have to explain what "incorrect fuel badge" is and how to use it properly~

oops...I'd take a gander at the gearbox fluid level...big plug on top...put a finger in...if you can touch oil...it's okay~ if not have the shop fill it to the correct level...also examine the oil for shreds of steel~ as far as the gas gauge, be sure the battery connections have been cleaned with a wirebrush till shiny...be sure solid power is available from the battery...which should be newer then 10 years old~
