Need to find a OBD scanner that will work with the 2008 Ford Bantam ECU. I have tried three different tools and none read the OBD - ECU with communication errors . What does work?

These are the communication protocals for the Bantams 2002 to 2007 Ford Euro1 is keyword 71 on k-line. and 2007 to 2012 Ford Euro2 is keyword2000 on CAN. Trry logging into the VWMP9. this should communicate for the Euro 1 units.
