Noise from the front of a Ford Bantam

Hi Sir. I am driving a Ford Bantam 1.3 XLT, 2007. There is a funny noise coming
from the front when i am driving on a bumpy road. I have changed both wheel
bearings, hub , the control arms and the ball joints but the noise is still there.
Could it be the steering rack?

Check the Front shock absorbers and the rack and pinion tie rods.
