clutch too hard

Hi Unclear, I have put a new master clutch
cylinder, slave cylinder,clutch kit. Clutch is
too hard and inside are engaging but the car
is not taking them. Ford bantam rocam
engine 1.6 whatcould be causing this
problem? Please help uncle thank you

I bought parts from Ford Randburg except the slave cylinder which I bought from auto spares shop

Was the part number for the slave cyclinder correct ? Have you bled the system correctly.
