Basically you have to remove the belt, then take the big bolt off of the pulley and pull the pulley off. I would get yourself a Haynes manual for your car and use that to help you. They cost about $30 and have a lot of worthwhile information in them.

How else can I get it off with out the puller?

You can't.... too little space, and..... it's machine pressed. So pulling it without the (correct) removal tool is not possible to my knowledge. That tool is NOT those "universal removal kits", so don't get that! It's a case containing the following: 2 spacer rods ((1) short (1) tall) a (3) armed clamping device and (1) 1mm fine thread hollow screw. The box clearly states OEM Chrysler pulley removal tool.
