You have air in the system. Go to advance/autozone and by an air bleed kit for the cooling system. This will get the air out.

They said they let the air out well bleed the air out they said it had lots of air

Im not getting no heat i put two tabs in to seal the crack in radiator and its sealed and i paid 70 bucks to have thermastat changed and air bleed out

That's why you have no heat and overheating. It still has air. Get the kit and it will take it all out.
