how to open a stuck hood

This is a tuff thing to do,but it can be done,you have to go under car at front ,reach up to hood cable and tug on it,have someone else pull hood lacth at same time.It can be done,ive,done it on a c230 myself.

is there a way to do it without taking the weel off

Pop the front grill off and get a hack saw blade and saw the hood pins. Took me about 15 - 20 minutes. The hood pins are pretty inexpensive.
