Question type: Maintenance & Repair

what is the cost of replacing rear suspension? Machanic tells me the struts are leaking on
the rear. Also warning systems tells me  suspension needs to be checked

$800 at the low end. The STS rear shocks are $230 each on RockAuto.com. I figure an hour for labor and some more for the parts with warranty.

RockAuto.com does not list a STS in 1993. It does list a Seville which has a $1080 rear shock. You need two. --- 1993 CADILLAC SEVILLE 4.6L V8 DOHC : Suspension : Shock Absorber
