when i push on left window button both windows on that row work

Their not related just coincidence, when you push the button is it the one in the drivers door? Check the operation of each window independently, if they work correctly then the fault is in the driver door switch.

changed driver door switch and same thing

Inspect the plug to the master switch, look for broken or burnt contacts. What year caddy is it? i'll try to find a schematic for it.

forgot to mention it does the same thing with the mirrors as well

OK, went to Mitchell on demand for a schematic and both the mirrors and window controls go through drivers door command module.
