Turn signal won't work when lights are on

When I turn my lights on my left turn signal
will not work right turn signal does. The light
will come on but it will not blink.

Check the front blinker on the same side, it may be burnt out.

Did that a actually work,I cahnged the bulb and the same thing is happening
