Shaken when put brakes on

Had a guy put new brakes in front they were
bad but still shakes when putn on brakes but
he said caliper and tierod ok
I not got good tires but there not that bad to
cause shaken what else could it be

Rotors need to be replaced. Thin rotors well cause shaking when brakes are applied.
