Have you tried resetting the abs control? There should be instructions on how to do this in your users manual. Really simple. Hope this works! Also be sure your parking brake is released and your brake lines are properly bled.

Checked parking brake. Plenty of break pedal and fluid. Reset abs and startrd car and nothing changed

The only other thing I would suspect it to be would be either locked brake caliper or a computer malfunction causing the brakes to engage on their own. If you remove the caliper and have someone press the brakes you should be able to see if the caliper sticks or not. This will eliminate one posibility. If that's not it a mechanic may have to reset the onboard computer systems.
