not really besides replacing it you can try fuel system cleaner called seafoam im surprised u dont have a code is there still no code with the MIL flashing engine running? if u have fuel pressure with key on engine off let it sit after priming the fuel pump the pressure will bleed off after a couple of minutes u could pull the plugs after running it to see if any of them are fuel fouled i would also check fuel pressure regulator also is the miss a "dead" miss or random does it act up at all loads? if it is not random i would use well insulated pliers and pull the wires one at a time on the coil packs with the engine running and u r looking for a cylinder that is not contributing like the others the idle will drop and the miss would be worse if that cylinder is contributing if there is no change in idle and miss does not get worse that that is the bad cylinder let me know what u find and then we ll go from there good luck

yea i did all that, its not randon, all loads. its hard to check all plugs as i have to take plentem off to get to three back one's. ( I like how you said well insulated pliers, i got so many shocks trying it) lol im sure its injectors now. it makes so much since. my plugs always ran hot also. had to replace wires and plugs a few times in this car, but always had this problem. if i had of know this soner i would of saved so much money over the years. its been missing, and raw fule smell from muffulers for almost two years. but couldnt find problem. i am going to have to park for winter now and go to work. but ill let you know in spring when i get back. im going to put all new injecotors in. ill change plugs again while im at it. if you know anyone near miramichi, nb. who has same car with good injectors. i will buy the car car for parts. its always been a relyable car except this one problem. tks for you help. ill be back by summer or late spring .

with the engine running, put a screwdriver on each injector listen for the clicks. you probably could hear the gush of fuel too. good luck finding the culprit.

also, remove/ inspect/gap/put back all your sparkplugs , the one/ones fuel soaked would be the fuel injectors to replace. if you are short of $$, it would be good to do this first; your injectors should last quite a long time.
