will start and then will just stop and will not restart, new rotar, cap, oil and antifreeze full

Security feature? My 2000 suburban did that... it would start and turn over a few times then shut off.. finally learned that my security feature was messed up.. problem went away when I got remote start and new alarm installed

    Tried to jump start it and it cracks like it wants to start but won't. It has a new alternator and battery. Put them in within the last year and i haven't had any problems.
