2003 tahoe won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Tried to jump start it and it cracks like it wants to start but
won't. It has a new alternator and battery. Put them in
within the last year and i haven't had any problems.

If the car cranks but does not start with new alternator and battery, it is possible that the problem is in starter. Do this, with the handle of a screw driver, tap all over the starter while someone turns the ignition to start. Maybe the starter is stuck and tapping on it will loose it. Please, don't hit it with a hammer!

2003 Tahoe won’t start, won’t crank over. New battery, alternator good. It has full tank of gas. All lights on but won’t read gauges and battery light stays on as well.
