99tahoe, while driving my mph gauge starts to bounce, dropping down to 0mph, truck coasting to stop, when i try to step on the gas it only revs up the rpms. usuallh my anti lock brake lite comes on

i hav replaced the plugs, wires, dist. cap,
ignition rotor, changed oil nd filter, egr valve
and ran seafoam thru gas tank.
