Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I changed the plugs, wires, fuel regulator,serpentine
belt and tensioner. Car cranks but dont start.

You have to check the basic stuff first. Is the fuel pump working are the fuel injectors working or you getting spark to the spark plugs and check the fuses if one has blown like an ignition fuse will cause the vehicle not to start.
