Where is the fuel filter located on this vehicle?

Hello marie-- The fuel filter on your 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier is down under the car, almost directly below the rear seat. It's on the rear, passenger side of the fuel tank and you will see it mounted in the fuel line. Good luck from Bovan.
