Have 2001 Cavalier changed crank sensor, coil pack, relay, computer and put in new fuel pump and filter still won't start. When you turn the key the lights come on and it wants to turn but it won't.

Check battery with volt meter. Should read 12.5 volts. If it is good, check your battery connections; cleaning both ends and tightening.
