You placed an ad you mean? How long ago? It takes a few days, the CarGurus Admin will review and approve the ad (or not), then you will get an email asking you to send a picture of the car with some identifying thing, that nobody but you will know-- like a paper cup on the hood or some such thing. Make sure in your settings you allow CarGurus to send you emails, and check spam.
