frozen seat belt on 08 saturn vue

the passenger side seat belt is stuck. It's
wrapped around the headrest which we
know does not come. Is there a release
button or something on it does anybody
know

The seat belt is in lock position and there is no release,you may have to try and manuver your seat back and forth and adjust back to get it to release.

If you can't move the seat back and forth your lucky its the passenger side, because you will probably have to unbolt the seat below to get some play.

Where the seat belt attaches to the car frame at top, there should be a release button there that allows it to be adjusted from that end. I know it's that way on the driver's side, not positive about passenger side but I will check mine to be sure.
