This could be a number of things,go have it scanned and get codes,this will give you and idea of the problem,with out codes would just be guessing.

Diesel, took it to the dealership, paid$350 for diagnostics, and they could not identify the problem, still will not accelerate. What should my next step be, thanks

It will help to know the codes. Without them we are all guessing. How is the fuel pressure?

States, QT preformed, retrieved DTC P20E4, 242B, 0087 Applied TSB 12-12-10 and 09-18-15. Replaced 3 EGT sensors, cleared DTC and KAM, followed PPT M and AB for DTC P0087 Low fuel rail pressure, thanks
