2006 Ford f350 won't start and replaced both batteries.

Have a 2006 f350 super duty  powerstroke  6.0 liter
v8 and won't turn over and start.  Replaced both
batteries and several fuses and still nothing. What
could be the problem?

Does it crank and not start or does it not crank? Cranking means the starter is turning the engine over.

@Mike.... Mine cranks no start.. and exactly what he had stated. Is the case with mine.. any help would be great
