How do you reset a key fob after replacing the battery?

This is probably a job for the dealer. Call and ask if they have a quick set-up procedure, otherwise you will have to take it in and have them program the keyfob to communicate with the BCM.

I heard push both buttons on the fob and point at the car same time. There is a inexpensive cigarette lighter plug in that save the codes and the radio sets under 10 bucks at one of the auto supply houses. haven't tried it yet. 9V battery holds the codes while you pull the battery. If you dont use your Vette every 2 weeks keep a battery maintainer (not a charger) on your battery.
