Do I have a bad alternator?

Asked by Mamanefa Oct 04, 2015 at 05:21 PM about the 2004 Chevrolet Suburban

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Vehicle would not start . All lights inside were fine. Radio played, windows
operative. Seemed like it wanted to turn over, but just got clicking. Got a jump,
and it started right up. Getting ready to leave back out, and vehicle is sluggish
to start and check engine light has come on. Do I have a bad alternator?
