now I have a question.. what happens when you
disconnect the high bean fuse on your car from the
fusebox?

they do but when I put on my turn signal it automatically turns on and when I got to work and come back at night my high beams turn on.

Maybe you are switching the high beams on accidentally? If not the switch may be faulty.
