trucks fuel pump won't work when cold in the morning

I have a 1986 nissan d-21 with the 2.4
4cylnder fuel injection.the fuel pump wont
work on it when it gets really cold when it
warms up a bit in the afternoon it starts right
up and runs fine?i have new battery new
connections tune up i put good gas in it and
treat it.

How cold is it? Can you use a block heater or park it inside. Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Check voltage and ground for the fuel pump connector. I can't tell if fuel lines are trying to freeze? How long since a tune-up?

I had a similar issue. make sure the heat riser pipe is connected from manifold to the air intake
