When I put my truck in gear it loses power and shuts off. I have redone my timing chain, replace my exhaust, tune-up, mass air sensor, O2 sensor, fuel pump and filter, and distributor. I still have this problem. If anyone know of anything else please share your knowledge. Oh I also changed the computer.

I'm having a similiar issue with my 89 nissan... however i dont need to put it in gear for it to lose power and die. it just started that way it seemed. if you find anything helpful please let me know what your issue was.

I have an 87 D21 Nissan truck it will start and run but just a second then stop firing you can leave it over night and it will crank again. I have changed the coil got the same thing.
