My 87 ramcharger wipers stopped working what might be wrong?

I just bought an 85 ramcharger and it had been sitting for 10 years straight. now the
wipers will not work. at first i thought it was the motor but now im not so sure. i think it
might be my relay switch. any input would be very appreciated.

check with a test light for power at the motor first...
