on the fire wall right side is a three prong wire connector to a eltrical box 1975 dart v 8 318 is this the voltage regulator???

It probably is the voltage regulator. Maybe post a picture if you can.

Dodge Dart voltage regulators look similar to the picture.

thanks .. but not the right part . it has 1 bolt to fire wall ??? EGR TIME delay switch,,or module..
