Is there a new recall issue for the Dodge Dart regarding the battery ?

2013 Dodge Dart issue - car would not start - all accessories worked -
towed to dealer who said low battery voltage.
Dealer could not duplicate problem. Battery was charged and I was sent on
my way. No reason given for problem and they said the battery was fine
after it was charged. Sounds like this issue is happening to others with the
Dart.
