you need to remove the crankcase for the tranny and use a special tool to fill her back up. a pump with a hose that connects to the crankcase. I recommend that you change the filter when you remove the crankcase. and to measure the correct amount of oil you need to start the car and while cold (35 degrees C) the oil should come out the crankcase's service hole.
