Battery Installed 09 Scion tC

I just got a battery installed in my 2009
Scion tC. When I turned on the vehicle I
noticed my radio station settings were
different and my clock was way off. What
reasonings could be behind this besides
the mechanics trying to annoy me and
make life complicated?

When u install a battery you must put a little battery memory saver in the cig socket to save the settings. it did not get this there for it was not saved now you must set ever thing back your self.
