You can try the Saab Development Center for Car Recycling in sweden... www.sdcc.se They got lots of stuff just call them and ask them for a cupholder. They will tell you the price. Theyr quite cheap as well.

Guys, I bought one of these dang things...now I'm looking for any directions to put it in. Do I need special tools, or do I just pry the old one out and jam the new one in? Thanks!

Replying to my own question--I just installed the cupholder today, and it was a breeze. The trick came from this thread: http://www.saabscene.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=31602127 Yeoman says: "I already had to do this because the cup holder is so flimsy and I had to fix it. You need to pull out the panel underneath the cupholder with all the controls for the air conditioning and cd player not the radio control stuff which is above. The big block underneath just pulls out. I used a screw driver and prised it out easily. It isn't clipped or anything. The cup holder itself is a bit tricky to unclip but once you have removed all the stuff underneath you can see where the clips are and pull it out."
