Have 06 Jag X type AMP

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My sub-woofer and tweeters work. Took the car to 3 different sound shops. 1st stated that it's the amp. The 2nd stated that it is the amp and the 4 mid- range need to be replace. The 3th stated that the amp need to be rebuild ( the componet that control the mid-ranges.) I don't have monies to throw away. What are my opitions. 1. is your amp aftermarket or the stock one that comes with the cars 2. finding a used one is a good option 3. they make aftermarket replacements at a reduced cost that are sometimes better

Simple solution , buy aftermarket stereo and sell your original parts on ebay , you can come out on profit.
