What are the symptoms? It won't crank, or won't turn over; or turns over but then sputters out?
i wouls suspect a faulty ficm, but would need to know if ficm voltage drops below 45volts or if any glow plugs codes are stored in the pcm, a stuck egr valve can also create a hard start in cold weather
