My instrument cluster goes heywire when I put my truck in drive and mu headlights flash off and on

What do I look for to fix my
guages that are going heywire and
my headlights flash when driving
or as soon as I put in gear on my
94 Dodge ram 1500

Check your flasher, e mn emergency and turn signal. Did u recently change it out? Make sure it is in the right holes
