truck just dies

my dodge runs fine then out of no were will die. oil pressure is runnig around 40psi, then it drops right before it dies. would oil pump starting to go out cause that? This just started two days ago.

Oil pressure won't cause the truck to suddenly die. Sounds like you might have an electrical issue. Do you have a check engine light at all?
