Truck turns over starts dies

New rebuilt  tranny in two weeks ago gen light
came on then back off 2 days ago  it came back on
had batteries checked and alternator  they said
need new alternator and we bought one and put it
on . Had starter checked its it's good  but truck will
start with a boost then runs a bit then dies put in
new computer still doing something. Can someone  
help maybe figure this out

If the battery is dead and you only boost it to start, there's not enough power on battery to keep it running. Have the battery tested and re-charged first. If it still keeps dieing, check fuel system
