No power

I got in my truck put the key in the ignition and I have no
power anywhere never had a problem before it just
everything quit on me at once

check the battery connections, both ends especially ground. charge the battery fully and take it to get load tested.

Checked battery connections and wires to the starter I have nothing at all no headlights or nothing

Check all fuses and relays, especially the large relays. You may have blown a main relay.
