2018 ram 3500 cummins lights work no guages won't turn over

Locked in park, batteries are strong, no radio, no guages, all lights work
automatic, 50,000 miles flat bed Cab & Chassis 2018

2018 Ram 3500 diesel. I disconnected the grounds at both batteries and waited a few minutes then reconnected after cleaning and greasing the terminals. All became normal BJW
