yes.... It is next to the thermostat housing on 3.9..5.2.. and 5.9L make sure it has cooled down completely before attempting.
oh almost forgot to mention, take a plastic sandwich bag and put it under the radiator cap, screw it back down. This will help eliminate air pockets from forming while changing the sensor Make sure to remove after finished!
