A/C blower cutting on and off

I have an 03 Buick Lesabre. Last summer my A/C
blower would cut in and out, only would cut out for
no longer than a minute and did it about 10 times.
Used the heat all winter non problem. Living in
Florida it's now hot again and started doing it again
and now will not kick back on.

I believe it's the blower motor resistor, it's located behind the glovebox, mounted in the heater plenum. What usually causes it is excess moisture accumulates in the plenum and shorts it out. The plenum drain is plugged up.

I had the exact same problem. Turned out to be the blower motor that went bad. Had that replaced and now works great.
