car will turn over but not start

I have a 1994 f150 5.0. Some times it just shuts off, many times it will turn over but wont start. I can hear the fuel pump moter every time ti turn the key to start it. At the same time the car wont start the drivers side window wont go down. after trying to start it about 5 times i let it sit. After 3-5 min i hear a buzzing sound for about 3 sec and the car will start and the window will start working again. Any suggestions?

My DVD player in 05 S 500 Benz S Class doesn't play movies and I saw online they have a default for U.S. cars..So I want my money back to buy a newer model.who can I contact about this problem... Please help me out....thanks
