245hp at flywheel and VERY respectable 395 ft lbs of torque, which is what really matters, and 'with cam" I don't know what you mean. Cam grinders that know what they are doing can do magic but it depends on what specs the cam was ground for, be new or ground from stock, adding lift time to valves, whatever
