more power out of my 302 in a 93 F-150 4x4 with 31/10.50s on it

is there anything i can do to pull more power out of the 302 in my F-150, also i was given a cam for my truck, i was told it is the tallest cam u can put in a stock 302 motor, as well as i have (from wat i was told) boss 302 heads that i would like to put on as well. between these 2 items wat kind of power can i get out of my truck once installed ??????

Usually, an easier way (and decently cheap) is an aftermarket air system and exhaust system. www.stylintrucks.com can give u a rough look on what's available for that truck.
