1995 ford 150 fires but won't crank

when i turn on the egnition switch i dont hear the feul pump pumping.all i hear is two clicks under the hood

*clicking* means junk solenoid (needs to be replaced) or dead battery.

im sorry i didn't explain myself correct.what im saying is when i turn the switch just to see if i can hear the feul pump pump gas to the motor ,i dont hear it.all i hear is two clicks where the gas relay fuses are.ive checked for fire on the spark plugs,i also know their is gas. im not sure if it is a relay,feul pump or modular.
