My steering wheel shakes up and down and left to right and is hard to turn...how do i repair this?

hectictamale-- I don't think you do repair it. It could be something as simple as wheeel alignment or tire balancing. Or it could indicate a serious problem. Steering is a good thing to have while driving, so I would have a professional take a look at it. Good luck from Bovan.

You can even check your powersteering pump if it's clogged up it will cause that or if the bearings are bad it could do that too.

If it is while braking your front rotors need turned.Jack the front end up and make sure one of your brake calipers isn't stuck.(check by rolling the wheeels by hand)If these are ok you have a power steering pump problem or a rack and pinion problem.
