I have two keys to my truck. One will start the truck the other will turn it over but it won't start. Any suggestions on the problem?

One of the Keys is not an transponder, RFID.."chipped" key or it was never entered into the computer, '97 The old Ford 40-bit system, Insurance company's forced auto manufactures into using these systems... without two proper Keys you need the electronic gear to do this a laptop with the "right" software. Call around the fee is $30-225 Regards
