Jumper another vehicle's battery over long enough to pop the release button. Be sure to get the polarity right.

Get into your car via the back seat , on the back panel of the tailgate is a small rectangular cover plate , release it with a small screw driver. Then tug on it , the hatch will realease. Be careful to push the hatch up gently so as not to damage the electric motor. Also check your owners manual for manual tail gate realease.
